2tbsp sugar
150g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg white, beaten until soft peaks
1/4 tsp salt
A large pinch of cinnamon
180ml of milk
Firstly, add all dry ingredients and milk into a bowl and stir. Then separate the white of the egg and whisk until soft peaks occur. Next, carefully fold it into the mix and pour into a jug. Put a pan on medium heat and evenly pour the mix into the pan like drop scones. There you go! These are really easy and quick to do, especially if you have the mix ready the night before.
